Delivery Within the GTA
We offer delivery services across the Greater Toronto Area. Delivery fees are based on distance and will be calculated at checkout or discussed during order confirmation.
Kindly note:
• Deliveries are scheduled based on availability and your preferred date.
• We recommend placing your order at least 7 days to ensure availability. During peak seasons, earlier notice is appreciated.
Return & Exchange Information
We are committed to providing high-quality, handcrafted products and exceptional service. Due to the customized and time-sensitive nature of our offerings, all sales are final, and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We understand that issues can occasionally arise. If your order arrives damaged or there is an error, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup by contacting Theglamvaultca@gmail.com. Kindly include:

Cancellations
Cancellations must be requested at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled delivery or pickup date to be eligible for a refund.
• Orders canceled after this period may not qualify for a refund due to preparation and material costs incurred.
